Our clients include labor organizations representing a broad spectrum of workers from construction workers to custodians. Our experience includes representation before the National Labor Relations Board, the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, state and federal courts, arbitrators, and mediators.

We recognize there is not a one-size fits all solution to the problems faced by our clients. Our goal is first and foremost to accomplish our clients’ goals. We recognize every client has a unique understanding about the problem they face and sometimes preconceived notions about how to accomplish their goals. We offer smart advice on the problems that face our clients and make sound suggestions on alternative means to achieving our clients’ objectives. We aggressively represent our clients, work effectively while pursuing their goals, and work efficiently in accomplishing those goals.
