The first 24 years of my adult life were spent working in factories, first in a non-union, then in a union shop. I learned how important it was to have a union to represent us – the employees. Working in a union shop afforded me a lot of benefits that were never available to me while working at the non-union shop. In 2002 the company I was working for closed its doors. I decided to further my education and enrolled in college where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance and Business Administration. Working at Paoff, Robinson & Widman allows me to continue to support my union brothers and sisters, just from a different vantage point, as the bookkeeper for their law firm.
