Diana has extensive experience representing individual employees and labor unions in the fight for workplace equality and justice. She has represented employees before various state and federal administrative agencies, such as the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board, as well as in both state and federal courts. Diana has also represented public and private sector labor organizations in litigation, negotiations, representation elections, grievances, and unfair labor practice charges, among other things. She has dedicated her entire career to workers’ rights.

Diana graduated cum laude from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science in 2007. Diana attended The University of Toledo, College of Law, and graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class with her Juris Doctor in 2010. While in law school, Diana was a member and editor of the University of Toledo Law Review, earned a Certificate of Concentration in Labor and Employment Law, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in Law School, Diana worked as a Law Clerk at Allotta, Farley & Widman Co., L.P.A. After graduating, Diana accepted a position as an associate attorney with Allotta, Farley & Widman Co., L.P.A. In 2013, Diana joined Widman & Franklin. In 2020, Diana became an Equity Owner and in 2023, the firm went through a name change and became Paoff, Robinson, & Widman, LLC.
